Stand-alone sessions:

·       Lunchtime Coaching: 30 minutes $45.00 (Only available from 11am-1pm.)

·       60 minutes $65.00

The stand-alone sessions are for you if you only need the occasional check-in or need clarity on a concept or to modify a strategy.

Monthly Coaching Bundles:

·       Need Help Getting Started Bundle $450.00

This bundle is for you if you have an idea of what you need to do, but need accountability, feedback and help with making habits stick. 

o   3 months of support

o   Free access to food journal and lifestyle app

o   Weekly feedback on food and activity journals

o   2 monthly phone call or video check-ins (60-minute max duration for each check-in)

·       My Situation is Complex Bundle $800.00

This bundle is for you if you are new to managing blood sugar, need assistance and education around gut health, food allergies or desiring to decrease inflammation. 

o   6 months of support

o   Free access to food journal and lifestyle app

o   Weekly feedback on food and activity journals

o   2 monthly phone call or video check-ins (60-minute max duration for each check-in)

·       I have BIG goals bundle: $1200.00

This bundle is for you if you know that it took your body a long time to get where it is and know that it will take some time to reach your weight loss and blood sugar goals in a healthy manner.
