CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

Please kindly provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. There is no charge for cancelling an appointment within 24 hours. However, it is at the therapist’s discretion if she would like to terminate treatment after multiple cancellations. This is a busy practice that works with clients who are invested in their health. If your massage therapist or health coach does not feel like you are invested in the treatment plan provided, you will be excused from the practice.

CHECK-IN:

There is a medical history and release form to fill out when you arrive if you choose to not fill out the online version. If you choose to fill out the intake form in the office, please bring your reading glasses if you need them and arrive a few minutes early.

FACILITIES:

Offices are Jackson, MS, Flowood, MS and Baton Rouge, La. You will receive directions to the the office after we have chatted on the phone. We can talk before or after you make your appointment online so you can plan travel time accordingly.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

You will have a full medical history taken before you ever get on the massage table. However, if you are ever uncomfortable with the technique or the amount of pressure being used, please speak up. With certain techniques bruising and discoloration are to be expected.
